Arbionassets Real Estate is a fast growing real estate company operating throughout the Nordic countries, with a majority of its investments in Oslo, Norway.
The company is a full range real estate business focusing on active ownership, development, rental and property management. The company owns approximately 213 000 square meters of rental space. This is divided between warehouses, offices, retail and parking spaces.
Arbionassets also invest in real estate development through different vehicles and partners.
The market value of the property portfolio and the development portfolio is about NOK 9 billion.
